Serving for Hope Pakistan is led by Pastor Nasir Khurshid. The ministry is based in Multan but is serving in different areas such as Multan, Rahim Yar Khan, Khanewal and Karachi.
Nasir is a 4th Generation Christian and worked for 14 years with OM.
The Ministry was founded in 2020. with the vision to reach the unreached, and disciple them. They run education and development projects.
- Project Exodus – Freeing poor people from generational slavery at brick kilns and enabling them to start small businesses
- Project Wash – Providing clean drinking water devices so water doesn’t have to be carried vast distances
- One Room Hope Project – Helping the poor to build up one room, e.g., kitchen, washroom, shelter, etc.
- Medical Camps – Hiring doctors and nurses to conduct quality medical camps, providing free medicines and health/medical awareness sessions
- Emergency response – Disaster response throughout Pakistan to help people in emergencies
- Bible Camps – Conducting 3-day Bible camps for youth and children
- Pastoral Care – Pastoring, teaching, discipling, counseling and providing leadership training in person and online, including traveling to unreached communities.
Nasir and his wife Sabahat together run:
- Beauty Training Institute – Empowering poor and vulnerable girls with beauty parlour skills for sustainability
- Sewing Centres – Empowering poor and vulnerable girls with sewing skills for sustainability
- Education – Providing children and youth with quality education, scholarships and supplies
- Compassion Ministries – Helping widows with food, supplies and medical care and assisting poor women with the dowry payment for their wedding
- Sunday Schools – Providing quality Bible teaching
